# Design AI album art and covers in Orem's Artwork Studio

> Artwork Studio generates cover art for singles, albums, and beats. Use Simple Mode for speed, or Creator Mode to control style, lighting, and typography.

Artwork Studio generates high-quality cover art for your music releases. Describe the look you want, pick a vibe and format, and Orem produces a finished image you can download or apply directly to any of your tracks. You can work quickly in Simple Mode or take full creative control in Creator Mode with detailed style, lighting, composition, and text options.

  Artwork Studio requires a **Creator** or **Pro** subscription. Each generation costs 5 credits.

  <Step title="Enter a title">
    Type the **Title Text** that will appear on the artwork (e.g., your song or album name). This is required before generating — it's embedded into the image as part of the design.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Simple or Creator Mode">
    Toggle between the two modes at the top of the form.

    **Simple Mode** — fast workflow with minimal inputs:

    * **Artwork Type** — Single, Album, Beat, or Playlist
    * **Vibe** — pick one: Dark, Emotional, Luxury, Street, Futuristic, or Dreamy
    * **Size & Format** — Square (1:1) for album art, Portrait (9:16) for Stories/Reels, Landscape (16:9) for YouTube, Classic (4:3) for standard displays

    **Creator Mode** — full control through collapsible sections:

    Work through the accordion sections to build your image:

        Set the **Subject** (Portrait, Silhouette, Symbol, Logo, Abstract, Scene, Futuristic City, Street Scene, Cosmic, Fantasy, Minimal) and **Background** (Studio, Night City, Graffiti Wall, Galaxy, Neon Grid, Dark Texture, Smoke, Luxury Gold, Matte Black).

      <Accordion title="Style">
        Choose an **Art Style**: Cinematic, Hyper Realistic, 3D Render, Anime, Comic, Graffiti, Digital Painting, Luxury Branding, Minimal Clean, or Futuristic Neon.

        Set a **Color Palette**: Dark & Moody, Neon Glow, Black & Gold, Orange Flame, Purple Cyber, Blue Steel, or Red Energy.

      <Accordion title="Lighting">
        Pick a **Lighting Style**: Low Key, High Key, Neon Rim Light, Studio Soft Light, Backlit Glow, Dramatic Shadows, Spotlight Center, or Volumetric Light. Adjust glow intensity with the slider.

      <Accordion title="Composition">
        Set framing (e.g., Centered, Rule of Thirds) and choose an optional texture overlay.

      <Accordion title="Text Design">
        Control whether your title appears on the artwork, choose a font style (Bold Modern, Luxury Serif, Handwritten, Graffiti, Minimal Sans), and set a text effect. Font profiles are matched automatically to the vibe when Auto Layout is on.

      <Accordion title="Effects & Advanced">
        Add a post-processing effect with adjustable intensity, and set the final aspect ratio for the output.

  <Step title="Generate">
    Click **Generate Artwork**. A preview card appears immediately with a generating indicator. When complete, the image appears in your gallery on the right.

  <Step title="Apply, download, or share">
    Click any artwork in your gallery to open the preview. From there you can:

    * **Download** the image as a PNG
    * **Apply to Tracks** — select one or more tracks and choose which version (V1, V2, or both) receives the new cover art
    * **Share** to the Orem community gallery

<Tip>
  If your track already has a title, genre, and mood set, you can launch Artwork Studio directly from the track card with those details pre-filled. The vibe is automatically matched to the track mood.

    Use **Saved Profiles** to store your current Creator Mode configuration and reload it for future sessions. **Art Presets** let you apply curated style combinations instantly.
