# Follow creators and manage your Orem artist profile

> Every Orem account has a public profile with pinned tracks, follower counts, and social links. Follow artists, message them, and manage your own profile.

Every Orem account has a public profile page. Profiles show a creator's pinned content, follower counts, bio, plan badge, and social links. You can follow other artists, message them, and explore everything they've shared.

## What's on a profile

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Header and identity">
    The profile displays the creator's full name, username (prefixed with @), avatar, and — for paid plans — a **Pro** or **Creator** badge with a crown icon. A banner image appears on desktop.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Followers and following">
    Tap the **Followers** or **Following** counts to open a list of those accounts. You can follow anyone from that list directly.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Bio and social links">
    Creators can add a short bio and links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Facebook, and a personal website. Social links are visible below the bio.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Spotlight track">
    A pinned banner at the top of the content area plays the creator's most recently completed track. Tap it to start or pause playback inline.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Pinned content sections">
    Below the spotlight are four scrollable rows: **Tracks**, **Beats**, **Albums**, and **Artwork**. Each row shows up to four pinned items the creator has chosen to highlight.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Following a creator

Open any profile you don't own and tap **Follow**. The button changes to **Following** immediately. Tap it again to unfollow. Your follower and following counts update in real time.

To send a direct message, tap **Message**. This opens an existing conversation or starts a new one.

## Your own profile

Your profile has the same layout, but with editing tools instead of follow and message buttons.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Edit your bio and photo">
    Tap **Edit** (or the edit icon on mobile) to open profile settings. Update your display name, username, bio, avatar, banner image, music genres, and social links.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pin content to your profile">
    Tap **Manage Profile Content** to choose which tracks, beats, albums, and artworks appear in each pinned row. You can pin up to four items per section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access analytics">
    Tap **Analytics** to view play counts, like trends, and listener data for your content.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Viewing another user's profile

You can reach any creator's profile in several ways:

* Click their name or avatar on any community feed card.
* Click the creator byline on a track detail page.
* Search for them by name or username in the Search page.

<Note>
  Profile pages are fully public. Any content you pin or share to the community is visible to all Orem users.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Pin your best tracks and albums to your profile before sharing your profile link — first impressions matter, and pinned content is the first thing visitors see after your bio.
